About the Farm

​

Lidia Dungue and John Middleton run a certified organic vegetable

farm specializing in grower education/training and developing food

and nature programming in partnership with Taliesin Preservation Inc.

They are the first farm in the country to sign up a Registered Vegetable

Farm Management Apprentice, and run a local CSA out of Spring

Green. There, they offer a few different share options to to fit

everyone’s needs, including farmers market, family, and every other

week share options. They grow over 50 different vegetable crops

and more than 150 different varieties, so there is always something

new and exciting to try. In addition to vegetables, they also raise a

limited number of pastured broiler chickens. The chickens are for sale

on a first come first serve basis when they become available.
